Eighth grade teacher Erin Mullen recently capitalized on Nearpod's interactive features to engage her math class as they explored linear inequalities. She utilized the platform's "quiz" feature to run a Do Now to assess her students. Students grappled with the problems being "pushed" to the their laptops and worked at their own pace through the prompts. When needed, students used paper and pencil to "work out" the problems before choosing a response. |
All students were equally engaged during this activity. Furthermore, they all had a "voice" while participating in the Nearpod submissions. Great job, Mrs. Mullen!
